Have you ever wished you could fill your house with the scent of freshly baked bread? Join us for an informational presentation and leave with recipes to bake at home. Registration encouraged.

Baking bread can seem like a daunting task to novice bakers, but it actually can be quite simple. Homemade bread tastes better, and can be both healthy and delicious if you use the right recipe. It’s also a great hobby for getting creative in the kitchen and fun for the whole family This program will teach:

·         How to follow a basic bread recipe, with recipes to take home.

·         Ideas for adding flavor, including some healthy options like herbs and nuts.

·         Troubleshooting tips for baking by hand or by machine.

·         How to store homemade bread to maximize its shelf life.

Registration is encouraged, but not required.
