Gentle yoga classes will be available to adults every Wednesday morning in January. Beginning January 8th at 9:00 a.m. in the beautiful new meeting room on the 3rd floor. Enjoy panoramic views while improving your health and fitness.
This class is appropriate for beginners, seniors, stressed out moms, runners, golfers, tennis players, and any other adult in search of improving the connection between mind and body.
Yoga is a great way to help you become more flexible and reduce stress. This class will introduce basic relaxation and breathing techniques. Rhythmic abdominal breathing in synchronization with the movements will be taught. Poses can be modified to suit individual needs. Develop strength and flexibility throughout the entire body and build towards centering and focus.
No prior Yoga experience necessary. Wear comfortable, stretchy clothes.
Mats are not provided, please bring your own mat. If you don’t have a mat, bring a beach towel or blanket.
