This class is designed to equip participants with the tools to manage the symptoms that stem from having diabetes. Learn skills that help with meal planning, managing pain and fatigue, sleeplessness, stress and much more. Each session of this 6 week series, empowers you with tools that can put you back in control of your health. This class is designed for individuals who have diabetes and their caregivers. This class is presented by Oklahoma Healthy Aging Initiative. Book and CD provided. Registration required.
