Learn and practice meditation and mindfulness techniques. All experience levels are welcome. This is a virtual program and registration is required.

Meditation and mindfulness practices are associated with improvements in mental health and well-being. Join members of the Norman Meditation Group to learn and practice techniques in a secular, online setting. These sessions are appropriate for all experience levels. No previous experience with meditation or mindfulness is needed.
