This program will offer guidance on how to speak to your medical professional about your diagnosis and the steps to take after.
Join the SOKC library at Shartel Church of God where stroke education nurse, Mary Pinzon, will provide guidance on making sense of your diagnosis. The goal of the program is to give guidance on speaking to your doctor about your dianogsis, how to understand it, and how to seek additional information, including second opinions, treatment options, and resources.
Financial assistance for this special project is made possible with Federal funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services administered through the Oklahoma Department of Libraries.
Registration for this program is encouraged but not required. This program will take place at the Shartel Church of God located at 11600 S. Western
