Understand the many ways you can maintain a healthy brain in this 4 week workshop.
Learn more than a dozen ways to improve your physical and mental health that you can use throughout the year in this Oklahoma Healthy Aging Initiative workshop consisting of of four enriching sessions:
Session 1: Twelve Pathways to Good Mental Health
Session 2: Identifying and Managing Stress
Session 3: Identifying and Managing “the blues”
Session 4: Moving Forward (Utilizing the 12 pathways throughout the year)
Participants will receive session handouts and a participant workbook which includes a 52 week Calendar that can be used after the workshop.
