This program is for those who have completed the Tai Chi for Balance beginner class. There will be 12 sessions where we will go through all 8 forms. This class can be performed standing or sitting.

The movements of Tai Chi can help to reduce stress and increase strength, balance and flexibility.  Studies have shown it to be an aid to fall prevention as well. The slow continuous movements of Tai Chi are beneficial to all ages and fitness levels.  This is a program for those who have completed the beginner program, Tai Chi for Balance. This program is provided by OHAI, the Oklahoma Healthy Aging Initiative, www.OHAI.org.
