Using a low resistance band, participants will practice skills to incorporate in their own exercise plans. Sign-up required. Six weekly 30 minute sessions.

Resistance-band training is a safe, progressive way to build and maintain the strength needed to perform daily living activities.  During this presentation, participants will receive a band and learn knowledge, skills, and techniques needed to incorporate it into their individual exercise plans. 

Reservations required. Class is limited in size.
