2nd, 3rd, and 4th graders--join us for some basic Tai-Chi moves!!
This program lead by librarian Sara is a beginner's introduction to Tai-Chi. Over the course of 3 weeks we ill learn 8 forms to promote balance, relaxation and a healthier mind and body. This program is for students in grades 2-4 and their parents/guardian in attendance.
Participants must sign a waiver for each class, and a parent/guardian must sign for anyone under 18 attending.
