Exercise your physical, mental, and emotional health through this gentle yoga class. Designed for adults. Registration Required.

Join Josie Garrard, a certified instructor, in Gentle Yoga that can be done on a mat or from a chair. Learn how you can boost your confidence and Improve your strength, balance, and mobility.

Please bring any materials to help support your experience and comfort. Yoga mats, blocks, and straps will be provided and you are welcome to bring your own. A limited number of mats and blocks will be provided.

Participants must sign a waiver before each class, and anyone under 18 must have parent/guardian consent and signature. Registration Required.

Financial assistance for this special project is made possible with Federal funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services administered through the Health Literacy Grant by the Oklahoma Department of Libraries.
