Please bring any materials to help support your experience and comfort. Yoga mats, blocks, and straps will be provided and you are welcome to bring your own. A limited number of mats and blocks will be provided.
Participants must sign a waiver before each class, and anyone under 18 must have parent/guardian consent and signature. Registration Required.
