A healthy eating tutorial from Natural Grocers in Norman, OK.

Natural Grocers will be providing a tutorial on healthy eating preparation demonstrated by Cassandra Bachrach, Nutritional Health Coach.  Reset your metabolism and see how delicious it is to eat sugar free, grain free, dairy free and gluten free the Paleo way.  Learn some new nutritional information and taste the healthy, delicious and make-ahead ready foods perfect for summer eating.  Enjoy a wrap and a salad at the end of this one hour class.

Financial assistance for this special project is made possible with Federal funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services administered through the Oklahoma Department of Libraries, part of the Health Literacy Grant.
