Join Cecelia Brown, a certified instructor, in strength training for adults. Learn how you can boost your confidence and improve your strength, balance, and mobility. The class incorporates exercises using your own body weight and resistance bands to strengthen your entire body without added joint stress. Whether you are looking for new exercises to incorporate into your regular fitness routine or are new to strength training, this class will give your whole body a workout using portable, affordable, and versatile equipment, freeing you to give your muscles an effective workout anytime, anywhere.
Yoga mats and resistance bands provided by the library.
Participants must sign a waiver before each class. Registration required for each of the 8 sessions.
