Join Sara, a certified instructor, in Family Yoga for beginners. Learn how you can boost your confidence and improve your strength, balance, and mobility.
Please bring any materials to help support your experience and comfort. A limited number of yoga mats and blocks will be provided. The yoga movements may be done in a chair if getting to the floor is difficult. Participants must sign a waiver before each class, and anyone under 18 must have parent/guardian consent and signature.
