Please bring any materials to help support your experience and comfort. A limited number of Yoga mats will be provided. Please bring a water bottle. Participants must sign a waiver before each class, and anyone under 18 must have parent/guardian consent and signature. Do some Yoga and then enjoy reading the Storywalk and trying out various activities at several posts.
