Aspiring authors! Join us as we come together to learn what goes into writing a children's book and get to know people who share a similar
interest. Discover new techniques and perspectives as we meet with others to learn about their
experiences while sharing your own.

We will be joined by Oklahoma Author Gaye Sanders, author of The Survivor Tree, who will be speaking about her experiences writing for children, the creative process, working with an illustrator, and navigating the publishing industry. Bring your notebooks and your burning questions about writing and publishing!
