May 3rd: Aromatherapy DIY- Learn about the benefits and uses of different essential oils for aromatherapy and make your own goodies to take home!
May 10th: Art for Your Mental Health- Create your own altered book journal and blackout poetry!
May 17th: Vision Boards- Vision boards are goal-oriented collages used to help you visualize what you want to achieve. Come learn how to create an artistic plan for yourself.
May 24th: Soothing Sensory Jars- Learn how to make calming jars, a fun, sensory craft that’s good for your mind!
