Long-term job success depends on customer service and soft skills, which are the most sought after and hardest to find skills in the market today.
In this combined workshop we will focus on two important job skills, customer service and soft skills. We will learn important customer service skills that will benefit you in any position. We will also discuss the difference between soft and hard skills and why soft skills are so important to job success. This workshop will be presented by Harlie Lott, Work Readiness Facilitator with the Central OK Workforce Innovation Board and Americorps member. Registration is required.
