Dr. Brenda Hill will present the Eat Smart Series on healthy recipes by a Health Literacy Grant from the Oklahoma Department of Libraries and Institute of Museum and Library Services.
Dr. Brenda Hill from the OSU Cleveland County Extension Office will be presenting Healthy Recipes for All Ages as part of the Eat Smart Series. She will talk about what food changes Oklahomans, in general, should make to eat healthier diets, get an overview of what ingredients do in recipes and look at specific suggestions for healthy changes. Participants will learn new lighter cooking skills and informative healthy recipes for the whole family.
