Exercise your physical, mental, and emotional health through this Somatic Yoga class with movements to help relieve chronic tension and pain. Designed for Teens and Adults. Registration Required.

Join Sandy See, a certified instructor, in Somatic Yoga for beginners. Learn how you can boost your confidence and improve your strength, balance, and mobility. Experience the benefits of small and gentle mindful movements to help relieve chronic tension and pain in this Somatic Yoga Series on Wednesdays @6:00PM in June.

Please bring any materials to help support your experience and comfort such as a blanket, water, and comfortable clothing. A limited number of mats will be provided. Participants must sign a waiver before each class, and anyone under 18 must have parent/guardian consent and signature. Registration Required.

This project is funded through the Oklahoma Department of Libraries with a federal grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services through the Library Services and Technology Act
