Join Kristina Clagg, instructor, in Get Moving with Drumstick Exercise for beginners. Learn how you can boost your confidence and Improve your strength, balance, and mobility.

This exercise series is made possible with Federal funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services administered through the Oklahoma Department of Libraries.

Participants must sign a waiver before each class, and anyone under 18 must have parent/guardian consent and signature. Registration Required.
