Dave Moore, author of the weekly column Computer Sense, brings his can't-miss computer security knowledge to the Norman Library!

In this class, Dave teaches everyday computer users how to play with the fire that is the Internet and not get burned. Everyone (ages 12 and older) who uses a computer should take this class.

Brought to you by The Internet Safety Group Ltd, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, Dave addresses a host of important topics: What are computer viruses, and where do they come from? Is online banking safe? What makes a good password, and why should you care? How do you tell a safe website from one that's dangerous? Why do you have to keep "updating" things? How do you keep your email account from being hacked?

Brought to you by McClain Bank, Josh Nelson Allstate Insurance, and The Norman Transcript, Dave will share his years of computer security expertise and give you the answers to all these questions and more in his free, hard-hitting, and often shocking class. Come and see how to Fight the Internet Bad Guys and Win!
