Exercise your physical, mental, and emotional health through this gentle yoga class. Designed for adults.

Join Brandy Young, a certified instructor, in Gentle Yoga for adults. Learn how you can boost your confidence and improve your strength, balance, and mobility.

Please bring any materials to help support your experience and comfort. A limited number of yoga blocks and mats are available to borrow. Participants must sign a waiver to participate.
