It's fall migration season! Join us as we come together to observe Oklahoma's birds and visiting birds in the wild at South Lakes Park and get to know people who share a similar interest. Discover new techniques and perspectives as we meet with others to learn about their experiences while sharing your own.
Attend this informal outing with one of ODWC's biologists, Jena Donnell, to learn more about how to spot birds in the suburban wild and identify the feathered friends that we see! We'll be starting off from the second parking lot (Google Maps link) and walking on the 1.3 mile paved South Lakes Park Loop trail (AllTrails link).
Please bring any materials to help support your experience and comfort.
We suggest bringing the following:
