Healthy Habits; Self Massage Everything that Hurts

Tips on helping aching muscles with self-massage.

Going to a masseuse once a month is recommended for keeping our aching muscles relaxed but it isn't always practical for many reasons.  Massages can relax your muscles, relieve stress, and boost your energy, but you don't need a professional masseuse to reap its benefits. In this class, we will learn some techniques to deal with the every day aches and pains we experience and some self-help techniques to release the muscle "knots" or trigger points that cause aching and stiffness.
