Join us for Beginner’s Yoga every Monday! Yoga is a low-impact activity designed to increase flexibility, balance, and coordination with poses. Registration is encouraged.
Beginner's Yoga is led by a certified instructor. Wear comfortable clothing and please bring a yoga mat or towel for comfort. A limited number of mats and blocks will be provided. Participants must sign a waiver each class, and anyone under 18 must have parent/guardian consent and signature.
