Learn how YOU can build a healthy breakfast yourself to start your day with energy. Ruth Burrows of the Chickasaw Nation Get Fresh wiil be our presenter. Participants will learn how to build a balanced breakfast and what foods make a healthy breakfast. We will also talk about how important it is to eat breakfast and the benefits of eating breakfast. They will prepare a breakfast recipe and sample what they have prepared.
