Loose, comfortable clothing enabling easy movement is recommended. Registration is encouraged.
Tai Chi is led by Chock Petchprom, a certified Tai Chi instructor. Participants must sign a waiver each class, and anyone under 18 must have parent/guardian consent and signature.
