Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance teaches participants balance skills and good body alignment by using coordinated and flowing movements. Participants will feel stronger, have better balance, greater flexibility, and feel more confident after completing this tai chi program. This class will meet twice a week for six weeks learning the eight forms of tai chi in progression from the easiest to most difficult. We will learn the first form used throughout the session in these first two classes. Participants must attend the first or second class in order to complete this series of classes. Registration is required.
