The focus of this intermediate class is to improve your health and wellness through the gentle art of Tai Chi. Loose, comfortable clothing enabling easy movement recommended. Registration encouraged.
This intermediate class introduces the essential principles of Tai Chi include mind integrated with the body, fluidity of the movements, control of breathing and mental concentration. Tai Chi has several benefits, including improving balance & coordination, reducing stress and anxiety, promoting joint health, and developing and improving muscular strength.
Tai Chi is led by Chock Petchprom, a certified Tai Chi instructor. Participants must sign a waiver each class, and anyone under 18 must have parent/guardian consent and signature.
