Together, we can make a difference. Discover how you can positively impact the world in this program about urban butterfly gardens. Designed for teens and adults. Registration Required.

Join us as we create positive change in our community by learning about the positive impact butterfly and pollinator gardens have on local wildlife and how to start a pollinator of your own. Learn the impact that you can have on our community and see how your actions can make a big difference.

We have partnered with OSU Extension whose mission is to promote wellness, leadership, and economic development for all Oklahomans.

Carla Smith will discuss germinating milkweed plants, how best to support butterflies and other pollinators, and how to maintain a pollinator garden successfully across seasons, as well as answer any questions that you may have. Afterward, join us to decorate seed paper that you can take home and plant next spring!

  • Talk: 2-3pm (Adults, Teens)
  • Craft: 3-4pm (All ages)
