In this program we will learn how to create and use your own spice blends. Come and explore a variety of healthy culinary techniques through participation in an interactive demonstration and creation of two spice blends to take home with you! 

Discover how small daily actions and nutritional choices can help you eat better and maintain a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. Registration Required.
