Eating healthy can be easy and delicious. Join us to learn the art of healthy cooking and eating. Designed for adults.

In this program we will learn about the fall flavors of the season. Come and explore a variety of healthy culinary techniques and skills through a group discussion. Bring an inexpensive dish for the group to sample and the cookbook you used for us to discuss. 

Discover how small daily actions and nutritional choices can help you eat better and maintain a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
