Start the new year with a healthy activity! Join us as we get together and have fun with simple indoor walking with music & social support! Walking is easy and can be done at your own pace. Bring your water bottle and sneakers. We will be walking, listening to music and encouraging each other! Walking group meets Thursdays in June, except the last Thursday 1.30.25. Last Thursday is reserved for a Healthy Foods Workshop.
Please bring any materials to help support your experience and comfort. Participants must sign a waiver before each class, and anyone under 18 must have parent/guardian consent and signature.
