Professional dance instructor and choreographer Juan Cabral will lead this five week series to help you discover the dance within you and the power of moving naturally.
Cabral will help participants discover their inner dancer and gain confidence and skills to get out on the dance floor at your next big event. Dancing is a great way to get in more natural movement (i.e. exercise) plus it helps us to downshift while spending time with others having fun. This is a great opportunity to meet some new people, have some fun, and gain some new skills on the dance floor. All skill levels are welcome and partners are not needed to participate. Lace up your dancing shoes and join the fun.
Classes will be March 5, 12, 19, 26, and April 2 at 6:30 pm. You need not attend all sessions, but it would be beneficial. Registration is requested. Adults only, please.
This project is being funded through the Oklahoma Department of Libraries with funds from the Library Services Technology Act (LSTA), a Federal source of library funding provided by the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
