This class is designed with self-care in mind. A low-intensity class that is focused on moving the body through exercises targeting joint stability, muscle agility, and tendon strength to help build more functional movement in our everyday life. Great for beginners or advanced, there will be a combination of standing, kneeling, seated, and laying positions.
