Join Brighton Cargal, a certified instructor, in Functional Movement for Beginners. Learn how you can boost your confidence and improve your strength, balance, and mobility with this 4-part series on Thursday evenings in September.
Please bring any materials to help support your experience and comfort. Participants must sign a waiver before each class, and anyone under 18 must have parent/guardian consent and signature. Registration Required.
This class is designed with self-care in mind. A low-intensity class that is focused on moving the body through exercises targeting joint stability, muscle agility, and tendon strength to help build more functional movement in our everyday life. Great for beginners or advanced, there will be a combination of standing, kneeling, seated, and laying positions.
This project is funded through the Oklahoma Department of Libraries with a federal grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services through the Library Services and Technology Act.
