Exercise your physical, mental, and emotional health through this Tai Chi class series from October 2 to November 8. Designed for Adults. Registration Required.

Join Tarin Clark, a certified instructor with OHAI, in Tai Chi for Better Balance for Beginners. Learn how you can boost your confidence and improve your strength, balance, and mobility.  This series will be held on Mondays and Wednesday from 9:00am to 10:00am, October 2nd through November 8th.

Please bring any materials to help support your experience and comfort. Chairs for balance will be provided. Participants must sign a waiver before each class, and anyone under 18 must have parent/guardian consent and signature. Registration Required.

OHAI is a statewide network through the Section of Geriatric Medicine at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and is designed especially for seniors and their loved ones living anywhere in Oklahoma and offers a wide range of healthy aging educational programs and resources close to home.

This project is funded through the Oklahoma Department of Libraries with a federal grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services through the Library Services and Technology Act.
